1- Define Your Needs

  • If you need to present proof of PCI DSS compliance to reassure your partners, our team can provide you with the document on request.

  • If an organization such as a bank, payment provider or third-party company requires more detailed proof, our team can guide you towards the required documents.

  • Please provide the following information :

    • Event Name;

    • Event Date;

    • Types of documents required, i.e., general certificate or detailed report.

3- Wait Until Your Request Is Processed

  • Depending on the type of document requested, processing may take up to 5 business days.
