After logging into Events Manager, go to the Finance module and click Merchant Accounts. Click Add Merchant Account at the top right of the page.
Under Processor, choose Converge.
You will need three pieces of information for the integration: your ID Merchant, your user name & your PIN. First of all, log in to the Converge website.
Your Merchant ID was given to you when you created your account.
Your username is visible when you are connected to the platform at the top left under the Converge logo.
The PIN can be found in the User section by clicking on Change PIN. It is a long series of 64 numbers and letters.
Back in Events Manager, complete the three sections (ID Merchant, user name & PIN). Indicate which name will be displayed on your customers' credit card statement and choose whether you want this account to be used for all your events or not.
Before leaving, click Save.
