This article explores how you can highlight your partners and/or sponsors during your virtual event.

Before the Event

Event Name

You could, for instance, add the name of your sponsor to the name of your event.

Presenter

In your event's Information tab, you could add the name of your presenter.

This option is a great way to showcase your partner!

Their name will be highlighted above the event name on your event page and in the order confirmation.

Event Description

The description entered in your event's Details tab in the management tool is displayed to buyers at the bottom of your event's page.

Add a note to thank your sponsors and/or partners!

During the Event

Pre-introduction

Pre-introducing your video serves two purposes:

  • Add a buffer period allowing latecomers to join the viewing page and create some excitement in the chat section;

  • Post still images or clips that enhance your brand image or provide an opportunity to display an advertisement from your partners that speaks directly to your ticket buyers.

Introduction

The impact of a sincere thank-you from the artist or professional to your partner or sponsor is significant for your professional relationship and the visibility they gain with your attendees.

Chat Area

You can add a call-to-action to the chat area with a link that redirects attendees to the site or products of your sponsors and/or partners.

Outro

As with the pre-introduction, you can post still images or video clips at the end of your event to thank your partners and/or sponsors for making the event possible, thanks to their invaluable support.

This buffer period allows your audience to interact and comment on their experience in the chat area.

Broadcasting a performance?

You could use this period as an encore and come back live, to the delight of your audience.
