A webhook creates a link between our platform and the system of your choice. In this case, it is done via a URL link. This webhook type sends ticketing information in JSON format to the URL provided by the event organizer.

This means it is possible, thanks to this webhook, to transfer participant's data towards the server of your choice. Then, this information can be used for various needs, whether it's for archiving, sending emails, data updates, etc.

In short, this versatile webhook can be used for a wide range of tasks and can be configured in no time.

How to configure?

1- Click on the Settings tab and select Webhooks.

2- Click on the upper right button named + Create Webhook.

3- Select your Organization.

4- Under Type, choose URL.

5- Under Language, choose in which language you would like to receive the confirmation.

6- Optional: Check the option Default webhook if you would like this webhook to be added automatically to all the other events you will create in the future.

7- In the Options section, add the URL from the server to which you'd like the info to be transferred to.

8- Add a key-value pair. The key serves as a unique identifier while the value is a variable belonging to all the data.

9- Under Events, choose all the events for which you would like to receive the data on the chosen server.

**Please note the webhooks are not retroactive.**

The webhook will work on past events only once it has been implemented.
