Generic validation allows you to validate tickets for multiple events at once. In fact, in a particular situation, an organizer may have created several events in the Thepointofsale.com management tool, but wants to validate all the tickets at the same time.

You must be connected to a strong Wi-Fi network at all times.
Generic validation validates tickets for all of the organizer’s events. You cannot make a specific selection of multiple events.
To use generic validation, follow these steps:
Open Thepointofsale.com’s validation app on your device.
Enter your user login information on the home page.
In the left-hand menu, click on the Generic validation module.
Choose from the available validation modes. You will notice that the list mode is not available for this validation mode.
Validate the passes.
Exit mode
If you need to validate exits, follow the previous procedure. Before starting the validations, click on Options, then activate Exit mode. You are now ready to validate participants’ exits.
