A: If you have moved in recent years, try again with your old address.

If the problem persists, please contact your credit card issuer and verify that the address they have on file is correct.

Please note: the error message displayed on the screen comes from your credit card issuer's system. As long as this message is displayed on the screen, you will not be able to complete your purchase, either online or in person at the ticket box office.
