A: Yes! To change the name associated with a ticket, please send an email to info@thepointofsale.com and include the name of the person who will be attending the event. We'll make the change, and that person will be able to collect the tickets at the entrance by showing proof of identity.
Please note that this procedure does not generally apply to complimentary tickets, which are often non-transferable.
Additionally, please note that you can transfer electronic tickets through their integrated transfer system.
