A: Due to a law from the United States, Visa cannot process transactions in certain countries.

If your credit card has been issued in one of these countries, you will not be able to complete your transaction:

  • Belarus

  • Burma (Myanmar)

  • North Korea

  • Republic of Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast)

  • Cuba

  • Iraq

  • Iran

  • Liberia

  • Democratic Republic of Congo

  • Somalia

  • Sudan

  • Syria

  • Zimbabwe

If this is your case, please use another payment method.

If your card is not from a country on this list, please contact your credit card company.
