Q. I did not receive my viewing link. What should I do?
Check your email spam folder (also called junk mail). Your email which contains the link may have been incorrectly identified as spam and redirected to that folder.
Usually, the email containing the links is sent along with your purchase confirmation. You haven't received the purchase confirmation either? It is possible you made a mistake in your email when you filled the purchase form.
Q. I made a typo in my email address when I bought my access link. What should I do?
Please contact our customer service by email or via the chat icon found in the bottom right of this page and we'll be pleased to help out.
Once your identity has been validated and email address updated, we'll send you your purchase confirmation email as well as the one containing your access link.
Q. Why can't I activate the full screen mode?
It's absolutely normal. Full screen mode is only available once your event has begun.
