Would you like to share important information with attendees to help your event run smoothly? Add it to your e-tickets!

This way, you can be sure that every attendee will be well-informed about your event's various formalities.

Steps to Follow:

  1. In the My Events module, find your event, then click on the Modify button to the right of it.

  2. Click on the Details tab at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the Advanced Options button at the bottom of the page.

  4. Scroll down the page to the Important Information section.

  5. Click the pencil icon opposite “To be displayed in the electronic ticket email.” A new window will open to make the changes.

  6. In the Configuration field, select the Event option. Then, add the text that will apply only to this event.

    Choose the Account option if you want to assign the same text value to all your events. The text specified in your account's default settings will then be applied.

  7. Under Value for this event, enter the text to be attached to the e-tickets.

    Note that the text will be added to all e-ticket rates for your event. It is not possible to send a different message for each rate.

  8. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the pop-up window.

  9. Back in the Details tab, save your changes by clicking the Save or Save & Close buttons, as needed.

  10. When e-tickets are sent, the added message will appear below the regular information.

In the same section, you can also:

  • Add additional information to the confirmation e-mail;

  • Add additional information to the reminder e-mail.
