Thepointofsale.com’s external box office is the first step in improving our tools. This box office includes more features and is more user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.
The box office offers the following features:
Ticket sales for reserved seats (seat map);
Promo code application;
Integrated payment by manually entering the participant’s credit card number;
Payment with a Stripe payment terminal that makes it easy to understand sales reports;
A better visual of the box office report.
IMPORTANT: The sale of tickets in a seat map must be done using the external box office. The box office in the management tool no longer supports seat maps.
