How to print tickets if you have a Thepointofsale.com's ticket printer

  1. From the menu on the left of your Events Manager, select “Tickets”.

  2. Click on the “Consignment Print” button.

  3. Click on the “+ Print Tickets” button to the right of the page. This will  take you to the print page.

  4. If you have several accounts, select the account from which you wish to print tickets.

  5. Select the event for which you wish to print tickets.

  6. Select the rate.

  7. Select the quantity of tickets to be printed. These tickets will be deducted from the total capacity of your sales and will be considered as sold in your sales report.

  8. Adjust the prices, if necessary.

  9.  Select “Yes” if you are printing complimentary tickets and do not wish for these tickets to be counted as sold in your sales report. These tickets will be entered at an amount of $0 in your sales report, but the actual price will be indicated on the printed tickets. If you would like the price of $0 to be indicated on the printed ticket, enter it in the “Unit Price” space. “Complimentary” will then be indicated on the ticket as the ticket rate.

  10. Click on “Print”. A window will appear asking you to please wait. You will then be redirected to the “Consignment Print” main page and your printer’s dialog box will open. Be sure that the preview matches what your ticket should look like. Click on “Print” once again.
