To cancel a batch of unsold, lost, stolen or damaged tickets that were printed, click on “Cancellation” in the “Tickets” section.  Cancelling a batch of tickets will modify your sales report so that it more accurately represents your ticket sales revenues. 

  1. Click on “Tickets” and then “Cancellation”.

  2. Enter the barcodes of the first and last tickets of the batch that you wish to cancel. The information on the right should fill in automatically so that you can verify that you are cancelling tickets for the right event. 

3.   Click on “Cancel”. This action cannot be reversed. 

Note: If the numbers of the tickets to be cancelled are not in order, you must manually enter the barcode of each of the tickets.
