There are two ways to resend tickets to your buyers.

1. In both cases, go to the Orders > Archives module.

2. Search for the order among the options offered (email, name, method of payment, etc.)

3. Once you've clicked and opened the order, select the tickets.

4. Click on "Send e-tickets" so that the tickets are sent to the initial email indicated in the order.

5. If you want to send it to another email address, we recommend that you simply share the link of the tickets. This practical url can be shared with those who need it.
