If you choose this payment method and use Thepointofsale.com’s merchant account, the transaction fees associated with your account will apply and will be deducted from your sales.
If you use your own merchant account, the money will be deposited directly into your account and you will not be charged any transaction fees.
If you usually use PayPal, you will not be able to receive the money directly into your account and Thepointofsale.com transaction fees will be deducted from your sales. Earnings will be released to you at the end of your event.
Make a sale
Make a sale in the box office according to the participant’s preferences.
By clicking on the Place Order button, you will be redirected to the box office’s payment page.
Select the credit payment method in the integrated payment section of the page.
Manually enter the information required for the payment.
Click Submit to complete the order.
A confirmation message will appear on the screen.
On the confirmation page, you will be able to choose whether you want to print the tickets, labels or receipt, based on your needs.
If you do not need to do this, simply click Finish and you will be returned to the home screen of the box office, where you can conduct another transaction.
If you did not enter the buyer’s email address during the purchase process and the buyer would like to receive their receipt by email, click on Send by email.
A window will open, and you can enter the participant’s email address.
By clicking on Send, a purchase confirmation will be sent to the buyer and the following message will appear on the screen.
**If you already entered the email in the buyer’s information section before placing the order, a confirmation email will be sent automatically and the Send by email button will not be displayed.
