Account

(if you manage several accounts at once from a single login):
Select the name of your company from the dropdown menu in the “Account” section.

Event Name

Enter the name of your event (e.g. Back-to-School Party – Alex Nevsky on the Plains of Abraham).

Presenter

Enter the name of the company or your presenting partner for the event (e.g. La Petite Boîte Noire).

Note: If there are multiple presenters, enter all of them (e.g. Getaroom.ca, District 7 Productions) and then tick the “Multiple Presenters” box located above the “Presenter” field. That way, the text will be conjugated in the plural (e.g. “Getaroom.ca and District 7 Productions present” instead of “presents”). You may put commas or words between the names of presenters.

Display Presenters

Tick this box if you would like the presenters to be visible on the event page, the default ticket layout and the widget.

Dates

Enter the date and time of your event.

Note: If your event takes place over several days, as is the case for a festival or convention, and the ticket allows the ticket holder to attend each day of the event, add each of the dates. If your event consists of several performances of the same show presented on multiple dates, create an event for each date. When you have completed creating your event, you can duplicate it, changing the date only. Instructions for duplication can be found in the “Duplicating an event” section.

Display Event Time

Select this option if you would like the time of the event to be visible on the event page, the default ticket layout and the widget.

Venues

Enter the venue for your event. If it cannot be found in the existing list, complete the dropdown form so that we may add it to our list.

Note: Select the “Display Location” option if you would like for the venue to be visible on the event page, the default ticket layout and the widget.

Note: If there is more than one venue, “multiple venues” will be indicated instead.
