How to View the List of Validated Complimentary Tickets

Issuing complimentary tickets via the external box office will enable you to keep records of the use of these tickets and guests' attendance at your event.

Find this information in these two modules:

Via the Archives Module

  1. Go to the Orders section in the management tool's left-hand menu, then click Archives.

  2. Click All in red in the Period field to remove the start and end dates.

  3. Select your event.

  4. In the Complementary field, choose Yes.

  5. Click Search.

  6. Find the list of your complimentary tickets in the Search Results section.

  7. Click on each Order Number to check whether the associated ticket has been validated. You will then be redirected to the order’s information.

  8. Scroll down the page to the Tickets section.

  9. To the right of the listed ticket, under the Validation column, check whether a date and time are displayed.

Via the Buyer Data Module

  1. Go to the Marketing section in the left-hand menu of the management tool, then click on Buyer Data.

  2. Click All in red in the Period field to remove the start and end dates.

  3. Select your event.

  4. At the bottom of the data table on the right of your screen, click the ‘+’ symbol and add the Complimentary Ticket data item from the drop-down menu.

  5. Click again on «+» and add the Validation Date/Time data item from the drop-down menu.

  6. Click the View button.

  7. Click on the Complimentary Ticket column heading to group all the complimentary tickets together.
