Complimentary tickets are issued exclusively from the external box office. This action creates an order in the Archives module. The attendee will then receive all communications relating to the event.
Once the complimentary ticket has been issued, the attendee will receive the following emails:
E-ticket;
Reminder email;
Event cancellation email (if applicable);
Event postponement or rescheduling email (if applicable).
Steps To Follow
Connect to the external box office from one of these management tool modules:
Add the item to the shopping cart:
Specify the order information:
Fill in the attendee’s details:
Click on the Buyer Information button in the shopping cart, just above the added event.
Fill in the required fields.
A red asterisk identifies mandatory fields and varies according to the delivery type chosen.Click Submit. You will then be redirected to the previous page.
Place the Order
Click the Place Order button.
Click Submit to complete the order.
Click Close to return to the homepage and issue further tickets.
IMPORTANT!
If your event has a seating plan, you can change the seats reserved from the seating plan. Simply find and click on this logo :
To do so, you must first select the new seats you want and then remove the old ones. If you remove the old seats first, you will be redirected to the box office’s event rates page, as there will no longer be any tickets in your cart.
