First, visit the event organizer's website and verify that the event for which you purchased tickets is still listed.
If so, check the refund policies in the event's Details section, located at the bottom of the purchase page.
If the event for which you have purchased tickets is cancelled, you do not need to request a refund, as refunds will be automatically processed.
You will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the email confirming the event cancellation.
If the event for which you have purchased tickets is postponed or rescheduled, details regarding refunds will be provided in the email sent to you.
