A: Yes, depending on the delivery options offered by the event organizer.

However, shipping fees are non-refundable if the tickets have already been shipped.

The following delivery options are available:

  • Will-Call - free of charge

  • E-Ticket - free of charge

  • By Mail - charges apply

For certain types of passes, such as object passes (e.g., bracelets, badges), it is impossible to change the delivery method. The event organization often imposes shipment by mail to facilitate access to the site during the event.
