You can customize the navigation in the new external box office according to your preferences.

If you have many upcoming events, narrowing your search by event date or date range may be helpful. The first field will, by default, be the current date (even if it is not displayed).

In the search field, enter the name of the event.

Among your events on sale, one is more popular than the others. A high-traffic sale is planned for the near future. Know you can bookmark these events and access them faster.

To do so, click the star next to your event. To find it, click on favourites above the search bar.

If you want to change any information in the just-completed order, click on the order number in the green box. You will then be redirected to the management tool for that order.

You can view the most recent orders created by viewing the order history.

To do so, click the History button in the left-hand menu of the external box office.

If you want to change the order, click on the associated line. You will then be redirected to the order page in the management tool.

You can also refund an order completed with a Thepointofsale.com Stripe payment terminal in the order history.

You can adapt the appearance of your external box office to your working environment. To do this, click on the gear in the upper right corner of your screen. Select the sun or the moon based on whether you want a light or dark background.

You can customize the look of your external box office to suit your preferences. Select the small lines or the squares, depending on whether you want to see a list of your events or thumbnails.

The box office is available in French and English, depending on your preferences.

To change the language, click on the gear wheel in the top right-hand corner of your screen and select the language of your choice.
