Make sure the device is 100% charged before your event.
Make sure you are connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network.
If you don’t have Wi-Fi, we recommend using your cell phone's hotspot. Pass validation uses very little data.
Open the Thepointofsale.com app.
Log in to your Thepointofsale.com account by entering the same email address and password you use when logging in to our website.
If you are using multiple validation devices at your event, we recommend connecting to the app using a QR code.
