A: The delivery address must match the billing address exactly.
To modify your delivery address, please submit a request by email to info@thepointofsale.com, including your order number.
Once we have processed your request, we will update your delivery address, and you will receive a confirmation by email.
Warning!
Please note that we cannot make changes to your order once it has already been shipped.
If you still wish to have your order sent to another address, additional delivery charges will apply.
For an object pass, e.g. a wristband, a card, etc., reshipping your order to the correct address will only be possible upon reception of the returned original pass.
Moreover, you will be billed for the shipping costs associated with this new shipment.
