Here are some tips if you have problems with Ulefone brand validation devices

First of all, make sure the device is fully charged and you have access to a stable Wi-Fi network.

  • Note that a municipal internet network (ile sans fil or Zap) is not considered reliable.

  • Moreover, even if the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network, it doesn't mean the internet connection is strong enough. Make sure to test before your event to avoid unpleasant surprises.


The laser is not working

None of the above works

If none of the above things work, you can remove the battery from the device and put it back in place.
To do this, you must :

  • Turn off the device;

  • Unscrew the four screws that hold the battery in place;

  • Remove the battery;

  • Put it back;

  • Put back the small screws. Make sure the screws are tight enough.
