This simplified guide brings together the best practices for facilitating the programming of an event with several performances planned.

It's a handy checklist to consult before and during your event.

Before Your Event

  • Contact your Event Advisor if:

    • You plan to sell bundles and/or passports, fixed or à la carte;

    • You would like to apply the white-label option to our products;

  • Fill in your refund and exchange policies clearly and all the fields in your event tabs.

    Provide as much information as possible in the Details tab;

  • Schedule the first event in your series first, and make sure there are no errors or changes to make;

  • Once your first event has been finalized and revised, duplicate it for each of the scheduled dates or time slots;

  • Create an event group with the Performances type for your entire series or for each time slot, then choose the display type that suits you best.
    E.g. calendar mode, list mode, etc;

  • Integrate ticket sales on your website;

  • Customize the purchase form by creating custom questions or by adding questions required for all participants;

  • Check the end date of your online sale.

    Change the time if you want to sell tickets on-site with our box office during the event;

  • Rent our ticketing equipment, such as validation scanners, ticket printers, Wi-Fi hotspots, Stripe payment terminals and computers.

During Your Event

  • Use our box office to sell your tickets.

  • Use our equipment, such as our validation scanners, ticket printers, Wi-Fi hotspots, Stripe payment terminals, and on-site computers, to keep your events running smoothly.
