Navigation in the new box office can be customized according to your preferences.
Search tools
Date
If you have a variety of upcoming events, it may be a good idea to refine your search by event date or date range.
Keywords
In the search field, enter the name of the event.
Favourites
Among your events on sale, one is more popular than the others. A high-traffic sale is planned for the near future. You can bookmark these events and access them faster.
To do so, click the star opposite your event. To find it, click on favourites above the search bar.
Most recent order
If you want to change any information in the order that was just completed, you can click on the order number displayed in the green box. You will then be redirected to the management tool in that order.
Order history
You can view the most recent orders created by viewing the order history.
If you want to make a change to the order, just click on the line associated with it. You will then be redirected to the order page in the management tool.
In the order history, you can also refund an order that was completed with a Thepointofsale.com Stripe payment terminal.
Light / Dark Mode
You can adapt the appearance of your box office to your working environment. To do this, click on the gear in the upper right corner of your screen. Select the sun or the moon[ER1] based on whether you want a light or dark background.

You can customize the look of your box office to suit your preferences. Select the small lines or the squares, depending on whether you want to see a list of your events or thumbnails.
