You've rented a OnePlus validation device for your event and want to understand how it works? This article explains it all.
Before Validating Tickets
Press and hold the button on the right side of the OnePlus device to turn it on.
Scroll up on the screen to access the device's applications.
Make sure the device is 100% charged before your event. The battery charge level is displayed in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Allow at least 1h30 for a full charge.
Click on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen to open the device options. Then, check that the device is connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network.
If you don't have a Wi-Fi network, we recommend using your mobile phone's shared connection. Validating passes uses very little data.
